We want our clients to be fully satisfied with our digital facilitation assistance. This policy outlines conditions for refund requests.
Since color document prints, photocopies, scans, composure layouts, and laminations are customized to unique client dimensions and content formats, they are non-refundable once processing begins on our terminals. If our printers generate misaligned or damaged pages, we will reprint the affected sheets immediately at no additional cost.
Facilitation fees paid for Active Filer applications, NTN creations, trademark search registrations, and sole proprietorship certificates are refundable only if the application process has not been initiated on the Iris/ IPO portals. Once our staff uploads credentials or pays registry duties, the facilitation commission is non-refundable.
Any funds provided to Dar e Sahulat for official government deposits (FBR surcharges, IPO stamp duties, utility bills balance) are paid directly to state treasury portals. Once a transaction is completed and receipted, it is completely non-refundable and non-reversible as we have no access to government bank balances.
To cancel an uninitiated request, please message our Shujabad office or WhatsApp desk immediately with your invoice details. Approved cancellation refunds are processed within 3 business days via bank transfers or local digital wallets (EasyPaisa/JazzCash).
