Dar e Sahulat is a Digital Facilitation Center. We assist clients with filing government applications (FBR, NADRA, union council forms) and processing digital files (composing, scanning, printing). We are NOT an official government department and do not issue official identifications or tax exemptions ourselves.
Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy of credentials, document copies, income figures, and asset statements they provide to our specialists. Dar e Sahulat is not liable for errors or penalties arising from incorrect or fraudulent information provided by users.
Service charges must be settled prior to or immediately upon service delivery. For tax returns and business registration facilitation, an upfront processing fee is required. Official government fee deposits (e.g., FBR challans) must be paid in full before filing is completed.
Dar e Sahulat makes every effort to ensure prompt service execution. However, we are not liable for delayed approvals, portal downtime, or rejected applications by FBR, SECP, NADRA, or utility corporations.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be settled under local court jurisdictions in Shujabad/Multan.
